 The extra-white In-shell peanut is the most famous product among
GrowTech peanut assortment. Grown in our own farms, we can assure full
traceability, bright pod color and aflatoxin control.
GrowTech in-shell peanuts are widely used in European markets for in-shell
roasting. Processing begins with separating foreign material (primarily soil,
vines, stems, and leaves) from the peanut pods using a series of screens and
blowers. The sorting process is performed using specialized electro-optical
equipment in addition to manual HPS (Hand-picked Selection) process before
packaging.
Groundnuts in shell are marketed and packed in branded / neutral Jute or Poly
bags of 25/30 kg or in Big Bags. In addition to standard packaging, GrowTech
can offer various packaging according to clients' requirements.
Grading
The peanuts in shell are classified according to their numbers per ounce
(oz.=28,35 g):
7/9 cpo
8/10 cpo
9/11 cpo
11/13 cpo
12/14 cpo
Product availability: September - February*
Peanuts can be supplied all year round but all available stock is sold in the
above mentioned period. Special enquiries can be scheduled as agreed with
customers ahead of season. |
