For manufacturers, retailer and consumers alike, food safety
is critical. Manufacturers and retailers rely on their suppliers to provide
safe product, while consumers in turn came to rely upon brands and retailers to
ensure the products they eat are safe from contamination.
All the different stages of peanuts processing from the first treatments in the
field to the packaging are controlled and supervised by quality in-house
personnel who assure the appropriate quality standards and therefore answering
the stringent needs of our clients and consumers.
Multiple quality samples are taken and tested at critical control points
throughout the entire growing and processing cycle of GrowTech peanuts. As an
example, for each exported peanut lot GrowTech along with delegates from the
ministry of agriculture take a representative sample for aflatoxin analysis in
the internationally accredited laboratories of the ministry.
In order to meet the European quality requirements, we provide production and
packaging on sites certified global GlobalGAP(this assurance system is designed
to signal risks in the food chain and prevent any quality related problems).
This will assure our customers that all quality and safety standards were met
and that the stringent guidelines for aflatoxin inspection and control were
adhered to.
Our customers' stringent quality concerns are addressed by the expertise and
good management practices of our skilled professionals before, during and after
every crop is planted up to packing and loading of our peanuts.
In-house laboratory:
One of the strategic goals of Grow Tech Egypt is to establish an accredited, in
-house laboratory in order to verify on site that performance and quality
control go as planned. In the meantime, GrowTech Egypt uses the services of
accredited international laboratories for checking of every lot prior to
loading.
Transparency in business and product quality in particular we see as the basis
